Create frames around colors

Make a border surround colors

1. Select the version of surrounding:
2. 
1. from left, right, top and down for design effects.
2. only from down for example special transfer
3. only from top for example special transfer
4. only from left for design effects
5. only from right for design effects
3. the colours around which should be surrounded must marked as the fixed colours.
4. the colours which could be overwritten should be the active backgroundcolorand/or transparent colours
5. with the active foregroundcolorwill be surround
6. define the area in which the function should work.
